Tip #1: Use a timer in cooking instant Pancit Canton. Most instant Pancit Canton's optimal cooking time is 3 minutes according to the instructions. I always make sure I have a timer in hand everytime I cook one.

Pancit Canton
For the past few days, I haven't had Pancit Canton as my breakfast and it feels good.
Today, I am once again eating my Pancit Canton. LOL. Parang tanga lang talaga. I am still deciding whether to eat Chilimansi or Sweet and Spicy. (doh)
